Staff Nurse - LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Staff Nurse - LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) We have flexible full‑time and part‑time shifts available with an hourly rate of $32.25/hr – $34.75/hr based on qualifications and experience. The position has additional differentials of $1 for PM weekdays, $2 for night weekdays, $5 for AM weekends, $6 for PM weekends, and $7 for night weekends. Our PRN/IHR (On‑Call) LPN rate is $33/hr with an additional $2 differential for weekends. Responsibilities Administer medications, tube feedings, and treatments as prescribed. Prepare quarterly health assessments and annual assessments. Inform the physician of changes in resident health status and implement physician’s order to assure optimal health care. Complete daily charting for care provided. Act as a liaison between residents, parents, physicians, consultants, and case manager regarding resident status. Qualifications and Skills Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), current on the Illinois Health Care Worker Registry. Current BLS CPR certification for Healthcare Workers. Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and meet its functional and environmental requirements. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to providing excellent care to residents. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and desire to contribute to a strong culture where the whole team works together for the benefit of each resident.
