Bindery Operator

A full-service commercial print and direct mail company is looking for experienced bindery operators for their 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Must have 3+ years of experience with bindery along with cutting, and folding experience. 8-hour shifts with a chance of overtime. 2nd shift is 2 pm-10 pm3rd is 10 pm-6 am M-F 5 8-hour shift Bindery services include trimming, stamping, folding, gluing, embossing, collating, dye cutting, shrink wrapping, saddle stitching, UV coating, laminating, and much more. $20 - $25 an hour We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
