How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Drive specialized, high-acuity patient care by assessing, preparing, and positioning patients for complex diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, ensuring their physical and emotional readiness.
• Manage patient stability and sedation by administering conscious sedation and closely evaluating real-time hemodynamic monitoring to safely guide patients through high-stakes interventions.
• Lead real-time clinical communication by serving as the vital link between the patient and the physician, providing critical updates on the patient's condition before, during, and after the procedure.
• Orchestrate the procedural environment by preparing specialized equipment, managing sterile fields, and executing individualized care plans to ensure seamless, efficient, and successful clinical outcomes.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

Prior ICU or procedural experience preferred.
