Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health. Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co‑diagnose and personalize treatment. Create a welcoming, judgement‑free environment for every patient. Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care. Qualifications Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license (or eligibility to become licensed; new grads are welcome) Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed A passion for patient care, education, and prevention Strong communication and interpersonal skills A team‑oriented mindset with a desire to grow Current CPR certification Compensation $43 - $49 per hour and up to a $15,000 sign on Schedule Monday‑Thursday 7‑5pm, Friday 7‑1 Benefits Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
