Pay: $20-$26 per hour

Schedule: 1st/2nd Shifts

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machinery within a manufacturing environment. The primary focus of this position is to produce precision parts according to specifications while prioritizing quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines based on production schedules and technical specifications
• Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent quality and adherence to standards
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on CNC equipment and tools
• Inspect finished parts to verify accuracy and compliance with quality standards
• Adjust machine settings to minimize downtime and optimize production quality
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Maintain records of materials, machine settings, and production data

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role in manufacturing
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong understanding of CNC machine operation and safety procedures
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated technical proficiency in CNC machining

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CAD/CAM software
• Technical certification or degree related to manufacturing or machining
