5+ years of successful restaurant management/leadership operations experience
Proven track record of leading people
Self-motivated and self-directed

Restaurant Operating Preferred Background and Skills :

Fast Casual or Full Service experience
Drive-thru experience
Scratch kitchen experience preferred
Strong communication skills
