Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Days | 4x10's (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care within a surgical services unit specializing in neurosurgery cases
• Operate and assist with advanced surgical equipment including MAZOR robot, stealth navigation, O-arm, and ROSA systems
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes throughout all phases of the operative experience
• Fulfill on-call obligations of approximately 6–8 calls per month, which may include weekends and holidays
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR (required)

Required Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN State License (required)
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) only (required)
• ACLS certification (required)
• Minimum 2+ years of OR experience with a focus on Neurosurgery
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR is required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with brain and spine surgical cases
• Familiarity with robotic-assisted surgical platforms and advanced intraoperative navigation systems
