GENERAL DESCRIPTION This position routinely interacts with all areas of production, as well as materials, maintenance, and quality assurance teams. Standard manufacturing shifts and hours will apply. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS / DUTIES: Maintain product quality and production standards Stacking boxes, making boxes, creating pallets Packaging certain products into specified containers, by weight, and size. Perform cleaning and sanitation duties for assigned equipment Troubleshoot equipment and report issues as needed Operate machinery safely throughout production areas Manage multiple production lines and tasks in a fast-paced environment Follow all safety and company procedures QUALIFICATIONS: Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Forklift a plus PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Ability to work in varying production environments and temperatures Why work for Advance Services, Inc.
