Territory Manager (Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota) - Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Neurovascular

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Territory Manager for its MedTech Neurovascular division to drive product sales across Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. The role involves expanding market presence, training physicians on product use, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales quotas in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Expand neurovascular product sales and convert competitive accounts per company policy
• Train physicians on proper surgical product use and demonstrate applications
• Address customer product questions and objections using sales methodology
• Maintain and grow existing accounts while developing new customer relationships
• Execute professional, ethical selling cycle that drives customer action and meets quotas

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 3 years healthcare/B2B sales experience
• Minimum 5+ years medical device sales experience
• Neurovascular sales experience preferred
• Experience selling to surgeons in operating room or radiology suite settings strongly preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Valid US driver's license and advanced computer proficiency
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 40% locally, regionally, and nationally
