The Data Engineering team is seeking a Data Engineer - Self-Service Analytics & Real-Time Data Platforms. In this role, you will help build scalable data products, semantic layers, and real-time data platforms. These platforms enable trusted, governed, and self-service access to data. You will develop solutions that power BI, analytics, experimentation, AI applications, agents, and conversational analytics experiences.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable batch (ETL/ELT) and near real-time streaming data pipelines processing large-scale datasets.
• Develop semantic layers, metrics frameworks, and curated data products enabling self-service analytics.
• Implement monitoring, observability, and operational best practices.
• Build AI-ready data products supporting machine learning, GenAI, AI agents, and chatbot applications.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, BI, and Engineering stakeholders for trusted data solutions.

• 2-4+ years experience building ETL/ELT pipelines; expertise in Airflow, Composer.
• Expert-level SQL for large-scale transformation and analytics.
• Proficiency in Python or similar, and distributed processing with Spark.
• Experience with real-time data pipelines (Kafka, Pub/Sub) and dashboards (Superset).
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, especially Google Cloud Platform.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Engineering or related field.
• Solid foundation in modern data engineering, distributed systems, cloud architectures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Hiring Salary Range: $98,400.00 - $147,600.00, dependent on factors including location, experience, and education. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, tuition assistance and PTO. Bonus eligible.
