This includes modeling best practices in customer engagement, providing in-the-moment feedback, supporting skill development in the field, and reinforcing process adherence. The Marketing Representative II serves as a peer leader, helping elevate individual and team performance while ensuring consistent execution of marketing standards./ph3Position Responsibilities:/h3ulliDemonstrate mastery of key brand details with customers regarding RbA products and the sales process. Expertly guide and educate customers through a conversation to determine to what extent we can help them; follow the Lead Management process in obtaining/setting a sales appointment at Event, Retail, Showroom or RSVP locations.
