Customer Service Specialist / Optician JINS Eyewear is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are interested in becoming a core member of our store in Del Amo Mall in Torrance. About the Position: We're looking for: Customer Service Specialist / Optician Beautiful Location: Del Amo Mall in Torrance, CA Start Date: Immediate Type: Full-time Essential Functions: Ensure customer happiness with stellar customer service and demonstrate a high level of professionalism Address customer needs in a prompt and friendly manner, while actively seeking to understand customer concerns, requests, and expectations Understand and handle customer complaints regarding products, services, sales, or other matters with honesty and integrity, while taking initiative to find appropriate resolutions Ensure speed, efficiency, and accuracy in creating eyewear products Foster a warm, vibrant, and friendly atmosphere by being a supportive and compassionate team member Actively participate in store staff meetings to improve customer service, store operations, and sales goals Provide appropriate training and support to less experienced team members and be a leader in demonstrating exemplary work ethic Adjust, fit, and assemble eyeglasses to suit each customer's unique preferences Build team commitment to high standards of service, exceeding customer expectations and leading by example. Ensure speed, efficiency, and accuracy conducting eye exams Qualifiers: High school or equivalent (G.E.D) education ABO Certification preferred One year of retail experience Availability to work a flexible schedule and the hours necessary to open and/or close the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication skills (verbal & written), including strong relationship building skills.
