Overview As the next generation Relationship Banker, you will be part of a world‑class team focused on delivering a high‑quality, high‑touch, high‑tech relationship banking experience across all customer touchpoints. You will play a key role in managing, retaining, and acquiring long‑lasting win‑win relationships with customers, identifying and understanding their long‑term financial needs, and offering tailored product and service solutions. You will also leverage the bank’s latest technology products to meet our customers’ expanding needs. Responsibilities Achieve quarterly and annual team/branch sales goals across C&I, CRE, SBA, mortgage, treasury management, deposits, wealth management investment products, international deposits/wires, and other commercial and consumer products. Source and develop loans, including but not limited to HELOC, residential loan, and commercial loan. For MLO positions only: comply with annual renewals and all regulations for MLO; understand interest rates, financing, and calculations. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the bank’s deposit, loan, and ancillary products and the qualifications required. Assist customers with financial needs such as cash withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan/credit card payments, wire transfers, and foreign currency exchange. Be a highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results, putting clients’ best interest first. Apply strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet clients’ needs. Engage and partner with team members and other lines of business to offer the most appropriate products to customers based on their needs. Communicate effectively and confidently while engaging with clients. Be able to learn products, services, and technologies quickly and educate customers on conducting banking transactions online, via mobile app and self‑service portals. Excel in using digital resources and technologies to optimize clients’ digital banking experience. Have a strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred. 2+ years of customer service, teller, sales experience, and MLO experience within the banking and/or financial services industry highly preferred. Strong working knowledge of branch operations. Consultative relationship sales experience with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results. Professional and thorough, with strong follow‑up skills. Ability to adapt to new processes and technologies quickly. Strong familiarity and fluency with branch technology, mobile and online banking platforms. Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and customer‑service skills. Compensation The base pay range for this position is USD $24.00/hr – USD $25.50/hr.
