What This Actually Is This is a Market Launch BCBA position — one of the first clinical hires in the region. That means you'll carry a clinical caseload and play a real leadership role in how services are built, who gets hired, and what the culture looks like from day one. It's hands-on. It's ambitious. What You'll Be Doing Managing and overseeing your own clinical caseload Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans Supervising, mentoring, and developing RBTs and clinical staff Supporting the launch and growth of ABA services across Maryland Building relationships with families, schools, and referral partners Contributing to hiring and helping shape a high-performing clinical team Driving service quality and meaningful outcomes from the start Why This Role Is Worth Your Attention Real ownership.
