Schedule : Full-Time, 45 days/week (No evening or weekend procedures)

To meet unprecedented regional demand, the clinic is seeking a General Surgeon who desires a scope-heavy practice to join its tight-knit group.

• Procedural Scope & Practice Focus: Concentrate heavily on outpatient diagnostic and screening endoscopies and colonoscopies within a state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center, with the option to maintain a small, customized general surgery volume alongside a highly productive NP who manages the majority of office consultations.
• Unrivaled Operational & Clinical Support: Benefit from a dedicated triage/scheduling RN, robust anesthesia and nurse-sedation teams, and a 1:1+ MA support ratio in an environment engineered for high procedural efficiency.
• Administrative Relief & Technology : Streamline daily charting and workflows through advanced clinical tools, including optional AI scribing.
• Work-Life Synergy & Light Call : Enjoy a true quality-of-life schedule with no weekend procedures and an extremely light, shared 1:4 call rotation with an endoscopy lab that closes at 7:00 PM.
• Competitive Compensation & Partnership : Guaranteed base salary with quarterly productivity bonuses, leading to early practice shareholder eligibility after 12 months and highly lucrative ASC equity ownership.
