Position: Assistant Manager
Locations: All four Rudy's Country Store & BBQ locations in San Antonio

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager to join Rudys Country Store & Bar-B-Q in San Antonio. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to outstanding service, fostering a positive team environment, and ensuring the continued success of our beloved establishment. Working side by side with team members in the day-to-day operations, you will lead by example and contribute to the warm, welcoming atmosphere that defines Rudys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Work side by side with team members, actively engaging in daily tasks and providing hands-on leadership.
• Mentor and lead a team of enthusiastic individuals, promoting a positive and collaborative work culture.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to team members, enhancing their skills and performance.
• Demonstrate a servant leader mentality, embodying the qualities of our core values: Serve Guests, Serve Team, Serve Community, Serve Partners.
• Maintain strong communication channels with staff, management, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the restaurants success by implementing effective strategies and initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of high-volume management experience in the restaurant industry.
• Stable work history in restaurant management roles with positive employment transitions.
• Exceptional people skills, including coaching, training, and communication abilities.
• A strong desire to succeed, progress, and contribute to the growth of the restaurant.
• Servant leader mentality with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
