Senior IT Project Manager

The Senior IT Project Manager leads large-scale IT implementation projects within Healthcare systems, focusing on OpTime, Cupid, and Radiant modules. This position requires strong project management skills, stakeholder coordination, and experience working across multi-hospital environments. Responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing multiple large IT projects from initiation through completion following PMO methodologies.
• Defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Gathering and analyzing user and business requirements to support IT system implementations.
• Developing project schedules, managing resources, and tracking project progress against critical paths.
• Reporting project status, risks, and accomplishments to management and steering committees.
• Ensuring that documentation, guidelines, and organizational procedures are followed throughout all phases.
• Coordinating analysis, design, development, testing, training, and implementation activities.
• Supporting business planning related to budgeting, scheduling, and workload forecasting.
• Facilitating stakeholder communication and ensuring alignment among departments and leadership.
• Relying on technical experience, initiative, and strong judgment to meet project goals and organizational objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of IT project management experience, preferably in healthcare systems.
• Proven experience implementing OpTime, Cupid, and Radiant modules in large, multi-hospital settings.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, risk assessment, and quality assurance.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with standard project management tools and methodologies.
• PMP certification preferred.
