Support physicians with bedside procedures, including inserting drains in patients' skulls to reduce pressure. Deliver expert evidence-based care to patients in the Neuroscience ICU. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes. Participate in shared clinical decision-making and flexible scheduling.
