responsibilities:

• Responsibilities
• Perform physicochemical characterization (pH, viscosity, rheology, microscopy) of haircare and cosmetic products.
• Conduct stability testing, including temperature cycling, centrifugation, and freeze-thaw monitoring.
• Maintain complete traceability from sample intake to data delivery with rigorous documentation.
• Update stability databases, track results, and proactively flag anomalies or trends.
• Support workflow optimization by proposing improvements to testing cadence and data handling.

qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of laboratory experience, or a QC/Physical Measurements certification/diploma.
• Hands-on experience in cosmetic characterization, personal care, food science, or chemical product evaluation.
• Practical knowledge of pH measurement, viscometer/rheometer operation, and microscopy.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data entry, formulas, and reporting.
