Requirements: License: RRT Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, NRP Experience: Minimum of 2 years in respiratory therapy EMR: Epic experience within the past 2 years Special Skills: Experience with neonate and pediatric patients, including NICU/PICU
Roles & Responsibilities: Provide respiratory care for patients of all age groups, including those in critical care settings. Manage ventilators in conjunction with healthcare teams. Implement protocols for bronchodilator therapy, hyperinflation, airway clearance, and non-invasive ventilation (NIV). Conduct external transports for adult critical care patients. Monitor and maintain ventilation settings in accordance with clinical guidelines.
Compliance / Notes: Scrubs preferred (any color). Closed-toe shoes required. Jewelry permitted as long as hygiene practices are followed. Orientation: 3 days. Public transportation is not accessible; reliable transportation is strongly recommended.
