A contract opportunity is available for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who excels in working with students with mild to moderate behavior needs. Position Highlights:

• Part-time schedule: Monday through Friday, with flexible timing to be determined.
• Academic year contract running from August 10th through May 21st.
• Serve elementary students in an onsite capacity, contributing directly to their daily success.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to implement behavior intervention plans and support student growth.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• Demonstrated experience supporting students with mild to moderate behavioral needs in a school setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other support staff.
• Ability to record and track data, document progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, one-on-one or small-group behavior interventions for elementary students.
• Collaborate with educators and counselors on individualized behavior support plans.
• Monitor and record student behaviors, providing timely feedback and data to assist in evaluating intervention effectiveness.
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to the development of classroom strategies.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards at all times.
