Job Description Pricing Analyst Summary/Objectives The Pricing Analyst plays a critical role in shaping isolved's go-to-market strategy by developing and maintaining pricing models that drive profitable growth, product adoption, and revenue optimization. Reporting into the Solutions Marketing team, this role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance to support pricing decisions through analytics, competitive research, and strategic business modeling. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a commercial mindset, and a passion for uncovering revenue opportunities through data. Core Job Duties Develop and maintain pricing models in Excel and Power BI to support decision‑making, including margin analysis, attach rates, and segmentation Partner with internal stakeholders to analyze trends, identify revenue opportunities, and optimize pricing and packaging strategies Support quarterly pricing reviews and provide insights on price realization, discounting, and competitive movement Assist with the planning and execution of price increases, balancing revenue goals with client retention Coordinate with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to support the launch of pricing and packaging updates Maintain and update price books and collaborate with IT to ensure timely and accurate implementation Advise sales and partner teams by providing timely guidance on pricing proposals and customer‑specific scenarios Gather and analyze competitive intelligence and market data to inform isolved's pricing positioning and strategy Translate data into compelling business cases and clear recommendations for leadership Ensure pricing communication, documentation, and tools remain current and accessible to internal teams Minimum Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in pricing, product marketing, product management, or sales operations roles Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and Power BI Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently with incomplete data Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present data‑driven insights to cross‑functional audiences Experience supporting SaaS pricing initiatives or working within a software or technology environment Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across sales, product, finance, and marketing teams About isolved isolved is an employee experience leader, providing intuitive, people‑first HCM (Human Capital Management) technology.
