Minimum Requirements

• Associate's, Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Washington State PT license is required to start the assignment.
• Minimum 1 year of home health Physical Therapy experience is required.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience with patient visits in a home health setting and documentation of skilled PT services.
• Comfort with travel between patient homes and mileage reimbursement provided for patient-to-patient travel.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations (30 points) and a weekly hour guarantee of 32 hours.
• Preferred: additional home health experience beyond the minimum.
