Continuous Improvement & Project Leader

Are you passionate about Lean, continuous improvement, and leading impactful projects in the aerospace industry? ACMT,Inc is looking for a Continuous Improvement & Project Leader to drive operational excellence, lead cross-functional projects, and help build a culture of continuous improvement across our organization. In this role, you will: Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen operational performance Lead projects such as facility moves and new product introductions Facilitate Kaizen events, workshops, 5S, TPM, and Visual Factory initiatives Develop KPIs and report improvement results and cost savings Coach and mentor teams through meaningful change Collaborate across departments to achieve strategic goals What we’re looking for: 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, project management, or aerospace component manufacturing Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project leadership skills Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies Ability to influence, motivate, and positively lead teams through change Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt experience is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr ACMT, Inc.
