Occupational Therapist – Senior Living Outpatient | H2 Health

As an Occupational Therapist at H2 Health, you will have autonomy to design and implement tailored treatment plans focused on functional independence, pain reduction, and enhanced quality of life. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team committed to patient-centered care, leveraging evidence-based practices.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active or eligible state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice
