Medical director role with leadership responsibilities
Monday to Friday inpatient schedule
Manage 15‑16 patients per day
Team includes 2 additional psychiatrists and 2 independent NPs
Inpatient unit work and medical floor consultations
Hospital‑employed position in Chicago, Illinois
Board‑certified preferred; board‑eligible candidates considered
Active Illinois license required or pending issuance
Salary negotiated by recruiter; all‑inclusive rates include hourly base pay plus overtime, call, and holiday pay
Recruiter provides support for licensing and interview coordination
