Minimum Requirements:

• Allied Health License for CA or Compact as applicable
• Applicable recent experience in this work setting
• Minimum Experience varies by Profession and setting.
• Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
• Certifications: Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Equipment/Procedures: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) — inpatient, long-term care, and short-term rehabilitation
