Whether you're assisting customers, coordinating projects, or helping ensure deadlines are met, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience and keeping operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and through email
• Serve as a trusted point of contact, answering questions and guiding customers through projects and services
• Process orders accurately and ensure customer requests are completed on time
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations and deadlines
• Operate production equipment and assist with project preparation and completion
• Package and prepare finished products for pickup or delivery
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a smooth workflow from order intake through fulfillment
• Assist with local deliveries and customer pickups as needed
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
