RN - Registered Nurse, Float – School Based Location: Lakewood, WA Setting: Elementary, Middle and High Schools Schedule: Float, M-F 7-3:30 pm, needs to be extremely flexible (requires base access) Compensation: $50 - $53 per hour, W-2 Employee Role Summary We have an urgent need for Registered Nurses for float positions within a school district located in Lakewood, WA. These roles will be covering the remainder of the current school year (ending June 10), with the potential to return for the 2026–2027 academic year. In these roles, the RN’s will work in a true float capacity across the district, delivering essential, day-to-day clinical care to students with complex medical needs, including tracheostomies and ventilator dependence. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a safe and supportive school environment, particularly for students requiring dedicated one-to-one nursing care. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a direct impact in a school-based setting while supporting student health, safety, and access to education.
