Role Description The IIC Provider is a remote, flexible schedule role, responsible for delivering intensive in-community services to youth and families. This role includes conducting assessments, developing individualized service plans, and providing therapeutic interventions in home and community settings. The IIC Provider collaborates with families, caregivers, and other service providers to coordinate care, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate documentation, participating in treatment team meetings, and ensuring services align with regulatory and agency standards. The IIC Provider also supports crisis intervention, advocates for client needs, and promotes skills that enhance emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of community-based behavioral health services.
• Candidates should possess skills in building therapeutic relationships, engaging youth and families, and collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Candidates should possess skills in clear written and verbal communication, including documentation, progress notes, and coordination with external providers.
• Candidates should possess skills in problem-solving, crisis management, and maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards.
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related human services field, with applicable state licensure or eligibility preferred.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in community or home-based settings is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of local behavioral health systems, community resources, and strengths-based, trauma-informed approaches is an asset.
• Ability to travel throughout your designated area of NJ maintain a flexible schedule, and meet any required background checks and training certifications.
