What You’ll Do

• Follow up with new leads and convert opportunities into appointments

• Guide buyers and sellers through the home buying and selling process

• Host open houses and showcase listings

• Provide expert guidance on local market trends

• Build long-term relationships with clients and your community

• Grow your personal business while collaborating with a supportive team

Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed California Real Estate Agent

• Motivated self-starter who treats real estate like a full-time business

• Excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships

• Team-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools

• Sales experience is a plus, but the right attitude matters most

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,226 – $196,492 per year

Schedule: Flexible schedule | Monday–Friday | Weekend availability

Compensation: Commission + Bonus Opportunity
