Looking for Class A Driver to join our team. Morning and Afternoon (Swing Shifts) Positions. In order to get insured under our company's policy, you must possessed your Class A license for a minimum of two years. If you meet that criteria, then you may proceed with the rest of the job description. Please contact for interview, tour and vision our company is heading.

1st Shift - Start time between 6AM - 8AM

2nd Shift - Start time 2PM

Job Summary

Drivers oversee assigned transportation routes to maintain safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations in compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include coordinating pickups and deliveries, tracking shipments according to customer needs, and facilitating clear communication between dispatch, drivers, and customers to ensure exceptional service and on-time performance.

Drivers are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, deliver excellent customer service, and always promote safe and efficient transportation operations. Hazmat endorsement preferred but not required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Operational Responsibilities

• Manage assigned transportation routes and schedules

• Ensure timely pickups and deliveries

• Communicate route updates and changes with dispatch

• Provide real-time support during traffic, weather, or emergency situations

• Maintain professional interactions with customers and team members

• Follow all company procedures and transportation policies

Vehicle & Equipment Responsibilities

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections

• Report on maintenance or safety concerns immediately

• Supervise proper loading and unloading of cargo

• Maintain cleanliness and condition of assigned vehicles

• Refuel and monitor vehicle fluid levels & track and report vehicle maintenance needs

Administrative & Communication Duties

• Complete required reports and documentation

• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and dispatch systems

• Use company software and mobile applications as required

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all state and federal driving regulations

• Adhere to company safety standards and protocols

• Report accidents, incidents, or cargo issues promptly

Qualifications

• Valid Class A driver license

• Hazmat endorsement required for Hazmat positions

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and under pressure

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to read maps and follow GPS/navigation systems

• Clean driving record preferred

• Experience in transportation or logistics preferred

Shift Requirements

• Monday through Friday schedules with variable start times

• Typical shifts range from 8-10 hours

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds

• Standing, walking, bending, and climbing stairs as needed

• Ability to safely operate vehicles for extended periods
