Truck Driver Apprentice

You’ve worked hard to get your Class A license. You studied, went to the Academy. You stood in line at the DMV. Now no one wants to give you a shot at driving because you don’t have 1 year’s OTR experience.

Many Carrier’s will though, but you have to be careful to choose the right one. Some will try and take advantage of your inexperience. We won’t.

Not only will we give you that chance. We will go ahead and reimburse you for the money you laid out for your Academy tuition. Pay you competitive wages and put you through 30 days of hands on training helping mold you into a good safe driver. You'll drive all over the country for 30 days straight @ a payrate of $650 per week.

After you completed your 30 day OTR training you will come home then take 2-5 days off. After which you will be assigned your company truck and start earning $1200-$1400 a week on average.

We need entry level drivers. Class A Drivers at entry level position. We have trucks sitting empty. Once you apply will well call and do a short phone interview with you.

Once approved for dqp (driver qualification process) we then get you set up for dqp. You’ll spend 1 1/2 days at dqp.

After successful completion you will be able to obtain experienced driver level and obtain higher paying dedicated, regional and OTR runs ect.

You can receive tuition assistance of up to $1,000 to pay off your Academy loan when you obtained your CDL.

To start as a Class A Driver at entry level you must…

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Must have graduated from an 120 hr + school within the last 2 years
• Possess fairly a clean MVR no suspensions in the last year
• Be able to pass background check
• You must sign up at the Drug & Alcohol Clearing House site
• Be able to pass all DOT related tests including hair or urine test
• Have a current Class A CDL and DOT physical in good standing
• Have no terminations for safety reasons.

Drivers will enjoy late model Freightliners trucks with all the bells and whistles.
