Implementation Coordinator

On-site | Small Team Environment

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and technology? We’re looking for an Implementation Coordinator to play a vital role in delivering seamless client onboarding and project execution.

In this role, you’ll oversee and support implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track progress across multiple client implementation projects
• Develop and manage detailed project plans based on scope and timelines
• Execute setup, configuration, and activation tasks with accuracy
• Serve as a first point of technical support during implementation cycles
• Partner with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Support leadership and customer-facing teams in delivering a smooth client experience
• Ensure high-quality service delivery with a strong focus on timelines and accuracy

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• Strong data entry and data management capabilities
• Experience handling repetitive tasks such as copying, pasting, and validating data

This is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
