About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP, Product Management to lead the modernization of its core content authoring platform. This senior director-level role is pivotal in driving the transformation of a complex legacy ecosystem into a user-centric, AI-enabled platform. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in leading platform products within complex enterprise B2B or B2B2C environments. They must be a hands-on product leader, capable of integrating AI/ML-driven capabilities into products and establishing a data-driven product mindset across the team. Key responsibilities for the VP, Product Management include owning and modernizing the core content authoring platform, leading a large product management team, and driving the vision for tools that enhance global learning experiences. The role demands a player-coach who can mentor and develop the team, as well as ensure the successful execution of platform strategy and day-to-day product cycles. Direct experience in integrating AI/ML technologies, such as generative AI and recommendation engines, is essential. The ideal candidate will be adept at utilizing advanced metrics and success frameworks to validate product hypotheses and track OKRs, ultimately contributing to the company's mission of impacting millions of users worldwide.
