Registered Nurse

Pay: $50/hour Location: High Desert Area, California Schedule: Independent Contract work / Flexible Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout the High Desert area as an Independant Contracter. Responsibilities

Perform PICC line dressing changes and central-line assessments.

Perform lab draws and specimen collection as ordered.

Provide G-tube teaching and hands-on education to patients and caregivers.

Assess patient condition and report changes to the appropriate healthcare provider.

Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and care plans.

Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.

Follow infection-control practices, physician orders, and home health standards.

Provide professional, compassionate care in the patient's home.

Qualifications

Current, unrestricted California RN license.

Previous home health or community nursing experience preferred.

Experience with PICC care, venipuncture/lab draws, and G-tube care and teaching preferred.

Ability to work independently and travel to patient homes throughout the High Desert.

Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills.
