Desired Qualifications:

• Valid and current RN license
• Minimum one year of recent CVOR nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Adaptable and collaborative team player

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients throughout the cardiovascular surgical process
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff
• Monitor patients’ status and respond to emergent needs
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately

$2,904 - $3,072/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
