Kayne Law Group, Co., P.A. is seeking an associate attorney with two to five years of commercial real estate experience to join its firm in Columbus, Ohio. Skills would include the ability to coordinate and assist on commercial real estate transactions involving sales and purchases, development activities, financing, and leasing (both tenant and landlord perspectives). Ideal candidates will have experience drafting, negotiating and closing complex real estate transactions. Candidates should possess strong analytical, research, writing and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Handle and assist on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions from inception through resolution, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, easements, and development Manage and oversee client communications and maintain strong client relationships Draft, review and negotiate complex transactional documents Review title commitments and underlying title documents in conjunction with ALTA surveys; prepare title objection letters Advise clients on deal structuring and risk mitigation strategies Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in transactional real estate law Strong background in commercial real estate transactions Actively licensed and in good standing to practice law in Ohio J.D. from an accredited law school Strong interpersonal and client communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong analytical, research and writing skills Benefits and Compensation KLG offers a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
