Outside Sales Representative

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $75,000–$250,000+ total earning potential, based on performance

Compensation Structure: $60,000 Base salary + $15,000 guaranteed commissions over first 6 months + uncapped commission

Additional Perks: Company-provided pickup truck + fuel card

The Opportunity

We’re partnering with one of the fastest-growing companies in the portable equipment rental industry to hire an Outside Sales Representative for the Las Vegas market.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a competitive, driven B2B sales professional who wants the freedom to build a territory, develop long-term customer relationships, and directly benefit from the business they generate.

You’ll have the backing of a rapidly expanding national organization, enterprise-level sales resources, a strong operations team, and a compensation structure designed to reward high performers.

This is not a desk-based sales position. You’ll spend significant time in the field meeting customers, visiting job sites, prospecting new accounts, and growing relationships throughout the Vegas market.

Build Your Market

Prospect, cold call, network, and create new business opportunities throughout your assigned territory. You’ll take ownership of developing relationships and building a strong pipeline of local customers.

Grow Existing Accounts

Expand relationships with existing local, strategic, and national accounts by identifying additional projects, locations, and equipment needs.

Spend Time With Customers

Visit customer offices, facilities, construction sites, and project locations throughout the market. The strongest performers in this role enjoy getting out from behind the desk and building relationships face-to-face.

Respond When Customers Need You

Many customer needs are time-sensitive. You’ll serve as a trusted point of contact when customers need equipment quickly and will work closely with operations to deliver responsive solutions.

Manage Your Sales Pipeline

Use company-provided CRM and sales technology to:

• Track opportunities
• Document customer activity
• Follow up on warm leads
• Target strategic accounts
• Maintain customer information
• Manage your pipeline and sales activity

Partner With Your Team

Work closely with regional sales leadership, other outside sales representatives, inside sales, operations, and national account teams to maximize opportunities and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

B2B Sales Experience

At least 2 years of B2B sales experience with demonstrated success in areas such as:

• New-business development
• Cold calling
• Prospecting
• Appointment setting
• Territory development
• Account management
• Relationship-based selling

Strong Communication Skills

You’re comfortable using CRM systems, tablets, mobile technology, and other sales tools to stay organized and manage your territory.
