Wand is seeking a Head of Product to define and lead the company's product strategy across its gaming platform and player experience. You will own the roadmap, partner with engineering and design, and establish scalable PM practices to drive growth in a founder-led, high-growth startup.
You will build and mentor a high-performing product team, translate user research into product decisions, and focus on engagement, retention, and monetization in a fully remote environment.
