As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will contribute to a professional environment through teamwork, integrity, and a caring, people-first approach while supporting daily operations at a dynamic site.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense business location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating information according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, office areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization of employees, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret clearance is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
