The Opportunity

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Public Sector IT Proposal Manager for upcoming project opportunity: State of Connecticut / agency procurement sources .

Core Responsibilities

Role-specific tasks

• Convert solicitation instructions and evaluation criteria into a response outline and compliance checklist.
• Assign proposal sections and collect technical, staffing, experience, and pricing inputs.
• Edit the response for consistency, evidence, and coverage of the buyer’s questions.
• Assemble the approved submission package and check required files, forms, and delivery instructions.

General project responsibilities

• Review the project requirements and relevant updates before starting assigned work.
• Coordinate schedules, dependencies, and handoffs with FuntoNetwork and the client team.
• Keep work records current, report progress, and raise risks or blockers promptly.
