We are a growing insulation company looking for a motivated assistant technician to work alongside our lead Spray Foam Installer on residential and commercial projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants more than just a job. It’s a chance to learn a specialized trade, gain real field experience, and grow into a highly skilled Spray Foam Technician.

The right candidate will be dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn. No prior spray foam experience is required, we will train the right person.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead installer with spray foam insulation installation.
• Prepare job sites, cover surfaces, and set up equipment.
• Load and unload materials and tools.
• Help maintain spray equipment and keep the truck organized.
• Clean and prepare work areas before and after installations.
• Follow safety procedures and wear proper PPE.
  

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and construction environments.
• Strong work ethic and punctuality.
• Comfortable working on ladders and around construction equipment.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Construction or insulation experience is a plus, but not required (we will train the right person).
