Responsibilities The successful Hospital Manager candidate will share our commitment to providing exceptional client service & excellent veterinary care to our loyal clients and their pets. The Hospital Manager’s role, in collaboration with the Regional Manager, is to maximize the productivity, profitability, and growth of the practice while supporting an environment that fosters leadership and development of the entire team. Operational oversight of the hospital, including leadership of technicians and receptionists Manage financial and business development of the practice, including budget and key performance indicators Oversee client care & ensure client loyalty by demonstrating exceptional client service We Are Looking For Candidates With Strong problem‑solving skills and a proven ability to get things done in a timely and efficient manner Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, presentation skills, and a grasp of and daily management of revenues, inventory and payroll Ability to pay attention to detail, exhibit leadership skills, be self‑motivated, and take initiative Two or more years of veterinary management and business operations experience Benefits Compensation: $28.00 – $34.00 per hour, depending on experience, with bonus opportunities Health and Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits ensuring your well‑being.
