Registered Nurse - Graduate Nurse - LTACH

Good Shepherd Rehabilitation

Graduate Nurse

Promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families. The graduate nurse who holds a TPP must practice under the supervision of an experienced, Pennsylvania registered nurse who is physically present in the unit or area where the graduate nurse is practicing.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
Work Experience: New graduate program
Licenses / Certifications: Current PA temporary practice permit required, Basic Life Support / CPR, as a healthcare provider, per the American Heart Association required
