Job Description

5b's Bakery in Concrete, WA is looking for a part-time baker's assistant to join our 35+ person strong team. We are located on 45597 Main St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working. Promotion available, flexible hours. Full-time or part time hours available. Pay range is $17.13-$21.00 Paid sick leave accrues at .03 hour per hour worked.

Responsibilities

Baking Prep
Mixing flours and dough
Follow recipes
Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for cooking
Weigh and measure ingredients
Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables
Basic cooking functions such as kneading dough and preparing sauces
Label stock and inventory all ingredients
Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
Keeping a tidy workstation

Qualifications

No experience necessary, will train
Attention to detail
Able to work independently
Able and willing to follow directions
Food Handler's Card within 14 days of hiring
Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds
