Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Medefis Program - Hawaii Health Systems Corp - Kona.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Fluoroscopy and Operating Room experience required. X-ray experience with Siemens equipment

Unit Details: Uses Siemens equipment. Must be able to work independently. Performs all aspects of X-ray in a Level 3 trauma center.

Shift & Scheduling: Facility’s schedule is listed as 3x12s, but clinicians should expect to work 2x12s one week and 4x12s the next week (and so on.) Will need to arrive at the facility the Friday prior to start date. Variable schedule may include weekends and some call. Holidays as required.

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
