In partnership with Running Rebels , participants complete a paid five-day Career Readiness Workshop before beginning work at our Hartford, WI manufacturing facility. The workshop includes professional development, mentorship, financial literacy, conflict resolution, team building, and workplace readiness. The next cohort begins September 28, 2026. What We Offer Starting pay: $17.50 per hour Paid five-day Career Readiness Workshop Free transportation to and from work No manufacturing experience required Hands-on training Opportunities for career advancement Supportive team environment Mentorship and career development Position Summary As a Manufacturing Associate, you'll help produce magazines, catalogs, newspaper inserts, and other printed products while learning the printing process from the ground up. Responsibilities include: Removing printed product from production equipment Stacking, sorting, and packaging finished products Loading collator hoppers Palletizing finished materials Moving materials using pallet jacks and Big Joe lifts Supporting press and finishing crews Following quality and safety procedures Maintaining a clean and organized work area Working as part of a team to meet production goals Schedule Requirements (Required) This position requires working 12-hour rotating shifts . Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) Choose one schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other Sunday Considering making an application for this job Check all the details in this job description, and then click on Apply. What We're Looking For We're looking for dependable individuals who: Are at least 18 years old Have a solid work history Want to build a long-term career Work well on a team Follow directions and safety procedures Have strong attendance and reliability Can read, write, and communicate effectively Are willing to learn Physical Requirements This position requires: Standing for the full 12-hour shift Frequent lifting of 10–30 pounds Occasional lifting up to 60 pounds Repetitive bending, twisting, reaching, and stacking Moving pallets and materials using powered equipment after training Before You Start All selected candidates will complete the paid five-day Project Impact Career Readiness Workshop before beginning work at Quad.
