With a portfolio exceeding $2.5 billion and over 100 active tenants, this is an opportunity to play a key role in scaling a high-performing platform for a company with rapid growth trajectory, strong leadership and capital backing. The Role As Director of Construction, you will oversee a high volume of tenant improvement and renovation projects across the portfolio. Key Responsibilities Manage 40–50 small to mid-sized construction projects simultaneously Oversee tenant improvement (TI) and renovation projects within industrial assets Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification Implement efficient processes to support a growing portfolio Requirements Proven experience in construction management within real estate (industrial preferred) Strong background in tenant improvements and renovations Based in or willing to relocate to Florida What’s on Offer Opportunity to join a rapidly expanding real estate firm Clear progression path to VP and SVP-level roles!
