Host Position

Creative Dining Services is looking for a host to warmly greet all guests as they enter the dining facility. The host presents a positive first impression of the establishment's friendliness, excellent service, and high standards. The host also informs guests of their wait time, monitors dining hall credentials, accurately enters and controls all forms of guest payment, and provides a farewell greeting as guests exit the dining facility.

Core responsibilities include:

• Communicating with our guests in a friendly manner.
• Operating cash registers, other devices, and credit card machines accurately.
• Following all cash handling procedures.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Basic reading and math skills.
• The ability to communicate and understand the primary language(s) used by guests who typically visit the work location. Bilingual ability strongly preferred.
• Knowledge and ability to operate cash register and equipment related to various payment forms.
• Customer service experience.

• 24 hours of floating holiday pay after 60 days of employment.
